Wow! What awesome service I came with my girlfriend to wash her BMW today. I didn’t understand the set up Vacuum “get out” drive through in the car and drying area
I just moved here and am not sure if this is the gold standard for hand car washes, or if I happened to come when the entire staff was brand new and in training, but after trying this place I will likely be washing my own car by hand for a while. Overall poor service. I had to keep asking and figuring out what part of the parking lot to drive my car to next (they don't take it from you to clean, you have to keep taking it around yourself). I had to call the people back who "cleaned" the inside as they left a cleaner bottle and a rag sitting on my leather seat! They didn't bother to wipe out the cup holders either (all stuff in the package I paid for). Oh and the "waiting area" while they are doing the inside of the car is a wooden box (similar to one used for ice fishing) with an a/c unit shoved in a hole in the wall. Folding chair seating. One of the guys alternated between trying to upsell me on his car wax skills and trying to guess what country I was "mixed with", because of my good hair. One of the guys directing me into the actual car wash area was nice and professional. The lone star is just for him. The guy who dried my car didn't do a good job and just walked away when finished, didn't even gesture or say anything to let me know he was done. I could go on and on. Just the worst place and service ever!
I really like this place because they do a good job cleaning the interior of your car, and washing the exterior by hand first and then with the tunnel wash. They offer packages with competitive prices and they're fast. I only wished some of the staff were slightly more polite.
SAM was amazing. He was very detailed. And asked us to get out so he could fix the cleaning. He said they TAKE pride in there service !! He was so nice and he has “Customer service” to new level. He wouldn’t take the person tip-we offered. I said I can’t wait to bring my car
So my overall first experience was OUTSTANDING
I would recommend that anyone who wants their car washed go to any other car wash.
I do not understand why this business exists if they do not wash cars.
While I like the staff in general at Champion, I really want to call out Sam as a special employee who really goes above and beyond the call to satisfy customers. He is super friendly, has an incredible memory for customers, is thoughtful and clearly cares about his work. He doesn't just rush through your car in the drying/finishing process. He is methodical and efficient, treating your car as if it were his own. I am a loyal Chamion customer, but Sam is special. You won't be disappointed, just go!
The owner of this car wash complained that my car was too dirty. She said she would charge an extra fee to clean it which I paid. Afterwards there were many spots that were still not clean. She refused to wash these spots.
So while in the vacuum area I still noticed the dashboard wasn’t cleaned - I said something to her. She said she doesn’t know. Ok so then we were at the drying station area Finally someone. Can over and he was disappointed in the inside clean. He kept asking which lane were we in ? I felt bad and said. We aren’t telling - they he insisted - well ok Lane one closest to the booth -
