Khalil's approach to being a real estate agent is modern and up with the times. Our seller's agent was sifting through stacks of paper and meanwhile Khalil was organized and effective with an ipad. We were able to submit all our paperwork with Glass House electronically. This saved us so much hassle and time. I never had to meet anyone in person or track down faxes. Everyone else is in the process seemed slow and old school next to Khalil and Victoria.

Additionally, when it came time to make an offer, both Khalil and Victoria walked a very inexperienced buyer through the process with expertise. To be fair, I wouldn't describe Khalil as a high touch realtor. But this wasn't an issue as I had the means to look up properties online and called Khalil whenever I found one I wanted to view. I felt less pressure with this practice than I did with other realtors calling every other day with the 'next best thing' that usually only disappointed. And obviously, the 2% credit at closing is an incredible benefit. I have already recommended Glass House to a colleague and would do so again. Should I decide to purchase another property, Glass House Real Estate will be the first call I make.
I have bought two homes and sold one with Khalil over the course of last few years. He is very knowledgeable and energetic. He gives his honest opinions and is very good in negotiations. Also his assistant Victoria is there all the time to help and she works through the end. I should also mention his Agency gives buyers up to 2% cash back and only charges 1.5% sellers fees - yet gives more customer service than other brokers including Free professional stager and photographer . He uses newer technologies to full extent - I think this is where the real estate buying/selling should be in this decade - everything transparent and on customer fingertips. I will highly recommend him to anyone.
