A friend of mine referred me to this clinic when I spoke to her about pain in my lower and upper back. I was a bit weary due to the lack of reviews that was available about this clinic on Yelp, but I trusted that my friend would not steer me wrong when it came to something as important as my health.
is probably one of the worst experiences I have had at a medical clinic. The owner seems more interested in upcharging insurance companies than in actual patient care. I was told I needed treatment three days a week for over month. During each visit, I was run through different modalities of treatment which resulted in a bill of approximately 250-350 to my insurance company. While I thought this was to help my condition, in reality Good Day Health merely wanted to charge for as many services as possible. When I brought this up to my insurance company, they agree the treatments seemed to be excessive but could do nothing in regards to the bill. I have since moved on to a different health care provider. My experience as Good Day was one of the worst I have had in this area.
Thank goodness for this clinic. The experience was a breeze from start to finish. With none of the unnecessary poking and prodding, the doctors simply had me stand on a thermal scanner that showed how severe my flat feet was and used the analysis to design arched insoles. The doctors were both patient and knowledgeable and explained the process to me step by step and answered any questions I had as well.
Within an hour, my back felt so much better and I felt more confident about taking care of it in the future. Through the entire process I felt very comfortable and tended to; I will be returning very soon for continuous treatment!
I was referred to this clinic by a relative after competitive dancing, compounded with my flat feet, formed painful bunions on both of my feet. Another podiatrist from a different clinic told us that there was no cure, but I could either undergo a painful surgery or wear a plastic brace.
When I stepped inside, the clinic was surprisingly well decorated and the office staff greeted me pleasantly. The doctors also seemed very knowledgable and confident in what they were doing, as they explained all the questions that I had thoroughly and with much patience.
This is the best doctor's office I've ever experienced. I have received a series of treatments here for a severe low back pain that I could not even walk on the day of first visit. As I walked in the office I was quite surprised because of luxurious, serene and tranquil environment that I could not expect from other doctor's offices. All the staff was very polite, so I felt instant comfort. The doctor was very kind and thorough. She explained me a bio mechanism of my condition in detail in an easy way, so finally I could realize the reason why I repeatedly went through same kind of pain on and on. After I got my first treatment done, I could walk much easier and now I am completely pain free. All the instruction and education that I've learned from the office helped me a lot. Thanks to Good Day! My life became so much easier now!
I highly recommend Good Day Clinic and I would like to share my exceptional experience with the team while I was treated there. I am a mom of three kids, and had a severe lower back pain a few months ago. I couldn’t even walk nor stand due to severe radiating pain in my lower back. I searched for a good chiropractic doctor and found this place which was also highly recommended by a family friend. I called them right away and the receptionist was very accommodating with a nice tone of voice then gave me an appointment the same day to be seen by the doctor. When I arrived at the parking lot, I was in tears due to the pain and couldn't get out of the car. I called the clinic and two of the staff members came out to assist me walking in. I felt so welcomed and became very comfortable with their caring environment and professionalism. They treated me like their family. Dr. Son was gentle and caring with great bed-side manner, and the soft tissue masseur was also excellent and professional! He was one of the best masseur I ever had and he took extra care of me so I could get back on my feet fastJ. The clinic was very clean and well decorated with soothing atmosphere, not to mention the fishes in the pond. All staff members were courteous and professional. I fully recovered instantly with no more back pain. I really appreciate all the work they did for me. NOW, I am back to my normal life running around with three kids!!! Highly recommended.
From then on, it was a simple matter of waiting for the insoles to come in through the mail. When they did, I trimmed the length a bit and put them in my sneakers. Wearing them for a bit every day has really helped a lot. Whereas before I could feel the joint pain ever so often, especially after dance practice, it no longer hurts as much and the bunion even looks less protruding.
