Negative point is their price match prigram.Very limited choices they accept.
To me, it's very difficult to choose something like a tv, phone, or a laptop just online. So, hopefully best buy will stay at its business, and not making it web base only.
I must say, the staff in the Magnolia section is super helpful and friendly. They all checked in with me to see if I needed any help and one employee (John) was able to help me find the product that the other employee could not find... He went and checked their system for the inventory count and also saw there was one available--but he was determined to find it (and he did!). Found it in the overhead shelves for inventory overflow. He's also extremely knowledgeable in not just the Magnolia section but on products throughout the store.
As a result, inconsistent ability to advise based on market offerings (outside Best Buy offering) versus what they carry (e.g. If I want the best sound bar under $500, they may carry a few, but not the best option. They won't tell me the best option, they'll tell me what they have, even if I could get something better for my needs/money elsewhere).
Clean building, nice staff, and moderate selection.
Terrible experience!! I tried to return a Logitech keyboard mouse kit, which was purchased from another Best Buy store. The manager at this location refused to return my item and said I have to go to the same store to return it. The reason was the serial number on the device does match that on the package box. However, randomly picking a keyboard of the same model at THIS store also show mismatch of SN, which indicates that all Logitech keyboard may have the SN mismatch. But the manager still refused to return it. What if I bought it from a far away store like in California, how would I return an item, if I didn't know the SN mismatch before I open the box??

IT's just a Best Buy, I thought that they didn't have variety, at list in the Monitor/Keyboard/Mouse section the models in display didn't match the models in stock... it took ages for anyone to approach us and solve our questions even though we did wave at them and several of them did notice that we well wondering in front of the displays... There was one girl who was super busy with about three other costumers and eventually ended up helping us, she was very knowledgeable and kind
Usually staff are nice, helpful, customer service is good, and you may find something that you are looking in their well organized stores.
I had one employee try to help me look for a product I could not find by myself in the store. He checked their system and saw one in stock so we went to check out where it would be. Couldn't find it, so he told us to try to order it online. I asked if he was sure that it couldn't be in the back since it said there was "one new" available. He said it's "probably a display model", although there was no display of it out. Almost left the store but decided to stop in the Magnolia section to look around before leaving.
Extremely disappointed by the first employee who helped me but the experience was absolutely redeemed by John in Magnolia. Will be happy to return to this location in the future.
I like Best buy stores, no matter where is the store. I feel better when I can see the product phisycally, old school method.
