Lack of customer service, unprofessional and unfriendly. Home good should choose better their employees.
Awful. Only two cashiers. Long, long line of people waiting. I was in line for 10 minutes with no movement. Then an announcement came for "all available associates to customer service." Thought that would speed things along. But, five minutes later, still no additional cashiers showed up. I bailed out, as did others. They made it way too hard to try and spend money there.
A little messy and picked over on a Sunday afternoon, but nice to have a Homegoods in Tysons near Marshalls and TJ Maxx so one can knock out all the discount shopping errands at one go.
Inventory is good, but be prepared for very long checkout lines. Tonight there are two cashiers and over 20 parties in line. This is unfortunately standard for this location.
Easy parking. Good selection of typical HG fair. The store has recently been renovated. Very pleasant place to spend an hour or two.
