1. they don't offer free tap water although they have sinks in the back and have glasses. I find that to be an annoying way to make money but not the biggest deal.
Sheesha is good, as in any other hookah place. But seating is really uncomfortable. They should realise that people tend to sit atleast for one hour or more at a hookah place. They have those metal chairs without any foam to sit on.
3. They're not clear about their tipping policy. They say tip is included (on the menu) BUT then they ask you to tip again (without giving a receipt of a breakdown) so you assume maybe wasn't included. But no they're actually just asking for a second tip. I find this to be really annoying as well. I didn't think it was all that necessary to double check calculations of my bill because I trust entity I dine at. But I see that isn't the case at Mint.
2. Their Margarita pizza is just a cheese pizza.
The "customer rep" guest organizer, ( slim Egyptian girl who wears white and black stripes dress) is extremely rude. I totally understand the waitresses get busy by serving the guests. However,when I asked this girl for a menu or for our waitress , she responded with an attitude and saying wait for your waitress and walked away. Twice I tried to get her attention but she keep giving an attitude and ignoring. Food was good,but service was disappointing.
This is a cool little hangout place. The hookah was good, but the parking and service need a little work... Honestly, the parking and service are just because they are super busy!
5. I will give them this, the cheese* pizza was good.
4. All in all I don't like places that are desperate to take money from customers. It rubs me the wrong way and is suggestive about business practice.
Chill spot , the table service takes too long you better of walking over to find them
